Ingredients :
- Chicken 1 kg
- Oil 1 spoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder
- Lemon juice
Method :
Take 1 KG Chicken, cut into medium size pieces, marinate with black pepper powder and tablespoon lemon juice.Marinate for 1-hour at least.
Pour 1 spoon of oil in a pressure cooker, put chicken in the pan once oil is heated.
Add 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice, black pepper powder and salt to taste and close the lid after mixing well.
Your chicken would be ready in 2 whistles.
Servet hot with onion salad and mint chutney.
