Ingredients :
- Chicken - 1 kg
- onions (big) - 2 nos
- Garlic pods - 5 to 6 nos
- Ginger - 1/2" piece
- Powdered pepper - 5 tsp or more depending on how spicy you want it to be
- Salt - as reqd
- Oil - 4 tbsp
Method :
- Heat the oil in a pan
- Saute the onions, chopped ginger and garlic
- Once the onions get a glassy appearance, add the pepper and saute for 2 minutes
- Add the chicken pieces and stir
- Add salt to taste and cover the vessel Cook for 10 minutes until chicken is tender
