Kerala Chicken Fry










Ingredients :

  • Chicken pieces -1 kg
  • Coriander powder -1.5 tbsp
  • Chilly powder -1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder -1\2 tsp
  • Ginger paste -2 tsp
  • Garlic paste -2 tsp
  • Curd -1.5 tbsp
  • Lime juice -2 tsp
  • Salt -to taste
  • Oil -for frying

Method : 

  • Wash and squeeze the chicken pieces to make them dry.
  • In a vessel, mix together the spice powders, ginger paste, garlic paste, curd, lime juice and salt.
  • Add the chicken pieces and mix well. Keep it aside for an hour.
  • Fry them in oil till golden brown.
Serve them with pulao, rice or rotis.
