Ingredients :
- Chicken pieces -1 kg
- Coriander powder -1.5 tbsp
- Chilly powder -1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder -1\2 tsp
- Ginger paste -2 tsp
- Garlic paste -2 tsp
- Curd -1.5 tbsp
- Lime juice -2 tsp
- Salt -to taste
- Oil -for frying
Method :
- Wash and squeeze the chicken pieces to make them dry.
- In a vessel, mix together the spice powders, ginger paste, garlic paste, curd, lime juice and salt.
- Add the chicken pieces and mix well. Keep it aside for an hour.
- Fry them in oil till golden brown.
Serve them with pulao, rice or rotis.
