Ingredients :
- Chicken : 1
- Salad oil : 1 cup
- Nutmeg ( grated ) : 2 tsp
- Salt : 1 tsp
- Poondu ( garlic ) : 10 pods
- Celery ( cut into pieces ) : 1 cup
- Peppercorn ( freshly powdered ) : 2 tsp
- Parsley ( cut into pieces ) : 2 tbsp
Method :
Add chicken pieces.
Add celery, parsley, peeled garlic, salt, pepper powder, nutmeg and shake well.
Cover the casserole with a lid.
Cook in a medium oven for 2 hours, till the chicken is soft.
Serve hot with french fries or peas.
